This meeting is scheduled to be held as an onsite only.
- Starting with the 51st Conference, we will no longer accept cash payments on-site; registration will be available exclusively online.
We kindly ask that you complete your registration and payment online in advance before arriving at the venue.
Accompanying Person: Please pay the Accompanying Person ‘s registration fee at the venue on the day (cash only).
Accompanying Person can access to welcome reception and social gathering. Accompanying Person cannot access to the lecture room.

Notice：
JSID non-members who joined the JSID by October 31 may participate in the meeting at member fee.
If you wish to join the JSID, please check the below.
- *1 Residents and Students are requested to upload their ID or the letter from the head of department when they register via online.
- *2 All JSID or JDA non-members are counted as non-member even if he/she is a resident or student.
Registration Period and Payment Method
Deadline for Registration:
Sunday December 6, 2026 at 13:30 (Japan standard time)
You can choose payment method from credit card or bank transfer until November 4, 2026. After this date and time, you can choose only credit card payment.
Registration will be completed when the registration fee is paid.
- We encourage participants to pay the registration fee online by credit card. In some cases, bank transfers will take two weeks to be confirmed.
- Those who make a deposit after the deadline will be required to pay the difference.

Issue of Confirmation QR Code
After completing the credit card payment, you can generate the confirmation QR code yourself on the website. When you arrive at the registration desk at the venue, the staff will scan your confirmation QR code. Please be sure to print it out or take a screenshot and bring it with you to the venue.
